My philosophy of service is simply stated. I
believe my services should result in a significant contribution to the mission
of my customers. That contribution should, first and foremost, include timely,
efficient and effective service leading to the success of the tax, accounting or
auditing tasks assigned to my firm. My objective is to function as a valuable,
resource to the management team of my customers.

Service
Quality Service is job one. For my firm it
starts with a focus on the customers requirements. I believe your financial
partner should listen to you before he starts talking. Technical expertise
is an ongoing process aided by experience, education, training and good
judgement. One of my good friends often states that if you can just show up to a
meeting having read the proposed agenda and manage to stay awake, you are ahead
of 75% of the other participants. Unfortunately, sometimes that seems
true. At my firm you can be assured we will do our homework and we know
how to get the work done. Otherwise, we will not accept the engagement. Our customers define quality but so does
the CPA profession. To
this end we monitor quality through the AICPA's peer review program and have
recently undergone our periodic peer review to monitor practice quality.
My firm participates in the AICPA Peer Review Program
has received a clean opinion for its recent independent review. At Donald R. Morrell, CPA we take quality
work seriously and believe this designation is important for those seeking
business, personal or financial decisions.

Donald R. Morrell, CPA provides professional
accounting, taxation and financial services to businesses, government and not
for profit organizations and individuals. Services provided include accounting,
auditing, consulting, financial planning and taxation.
Don has more than 20 years of experience in
public, private and individual accounting and financial management. He has a
Masters Degree in Accounting and Undergraduate Degree in Business
Administration. Don has worked for Price Waterhouse, Halifax Corporation and the
Harris Corporation prior to founding the firm in 1996.
Don holds a CPA license in the State of Virginia,
is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the
Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Loudoun County Chamber
of Commerce. Don is active in his church, serving as Chairman of the Board of
Deacons, and is active in his community serving as a youth soccer coach and as a
member of the Lucketts Ruritan Club.
